What is your weekend morning beverage ritual?

Kombucha that I brewed myself in a bucket in my bathroom. Tap water. Room temperature. Trying a brand new local coffee roast using a fancy pour-over method. A standard latte with exactly 1.5 pumps of vanilla, like always.
