What does your digital desktop look like?

A single, blinking cursor on an empty, black screen. Perfectly aligned folders, sorted by a very specific system. A chaotic mess of 300 icons, but I know where everything is. Mostly. Default background with a bunch of helpful shortcuts I've added.
