Who usually suggests hanging out?

Usually me, or it's a group thing someone else organizes. It's about 50/50, sometimes she'll text 'bored, wanna do something?' She often initiates, asking if I'm free or suggesting specific plans. She's always finding excuses for us to hang out, even if it's just a quick coffee run.
