How do you react to sudden, unexpected change?

I pivot instantly and go with the flow. Change is just part of life. I get to work immediately, restructuring plans with my team to adapt. I retreat into my shell for a bit to process and build a new defense. I see it as a chance for a total transformation and reinvention.
