You're at a buffet. What's your strategy?

Go straight for my one favorite food and eat nothing but that. Load up a huge plate. I have a kingdom to run, I need the energy. I'd rather not. Too many people breathing on the food. Try a small, balanced portion of everything. Variety is key!
