What’s your go-to drink on a first date?

A glass of wine or a classic cocktail – sophisticated but not stuffy. Something non-alcoholic; I like to keep a clear head. Whatever they're having, or a beer – easy and casual. Water. Or I offer to grab the first round and pick something I know.
