How do you view your personal 10-year plan?

As a guiding star or a general direction, with lots of room for detours. It's important, but it needs to align with the well-being of the people I care about. As a flexible script that I can and will re-write as I learn more about myself. As a clear roadmap with defined milestones and metrics for success.
