Unexplained Rusty Spots

Waking up to find small, rust-colored or reddish-brown stains on your pillowcases or sheets is a classic sign. These spots are often caused by you rolling over and crushing a recently-fed bed bug during the night. They can also be from the bug's excrement after a blood meal.
