In a bizarre case from India, a 12-year-old boy inhaled a 3.5-inch long live fish while playing in a river. The fish became lodged in his bronchus, causing severe breathing difficulty. Doctors successfully performed a bronchoscopy to remove the fish, which was amazingly still alive.
