Back in her dollar-sign era, Ke$ha hit the 2010 MTV EMAs in this skin-tight neon leotard that left little to the imagination. Paired with ripped fishnets and a spiky jacket, the look was pure 2010 chaos. While it fit her party-girl persona, critics found it garish and cheap-looking, even for an MTV event.
