This security camera still shows teacher William "Dave" Sanders in the Columbine High School cafeteria on April 20, 1999. He is seen directing more than 100 students to safety as two gunmen began their attack. After clearing the area, Sanders was shot and later died, becoming a symbol of heroism in the face of tragedy.
