Coined by psychotherapist Dr. Brad Blanton, Radical Honesty is the practice of always telling the truth and never withholding your thoughts or feelings. Proponents believe it leads to more authentic relationships and personal freedom from the stress of deception. However, critics argue this extreme approach can be needlessly cruel and overlooks the importance of social tact.
