Park Ranger Roy Sullivan holds the Guinness World Record for being struck by lightning more times than any other human. Between 1942 and 1977, he was hit on seven separate occasions, suffering burns, hearing loss, and other injuries. His bizarre and repeated encounters with lightning earned him the nickname 'Spark Ranger.'
