The supersonic jet photographed with its engine ablaze.
This harrowing photo shows Air France Flight 4590 taking off from Paris on July 25, 2000, with a long plume of fire trailing from its left wing. A tire had been punctured by debris on the runway, causing a fuel tank to rupture and ignite. The iconic Concorde crashed just two minutes after takeoff, killing all 109 people on board and four on the ground.
